- What happens to the recording?
- We keep your transcript and recording for 90 days, then auto-delete unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Reply DELETE to any email from us and we wipe everything within 7 business days.
- Is this another monthly subscription?
- No. The Free Scan is one phone call. If you want the deeper Paid Assessment, that's a one-time $2,000 — and it credits in full toward implementation if you decide to go that route within 30 days.
- Can the AI handle my CSR's job?
